By accessing PEG Markets you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The platform is provided for personal research and education. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the market data or computed output, nor present it as your own product.

Automated access that circumvents plan limits or degrades service for others is not permitted.

An account is identified by a wallet address. You are responsible for the security of that wallet; anyone able to sign with it can access your account.

Daily analysis allowances are enforced per plan and reset at midnight UTC. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

The platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Availability, accuracy and timeliness of data are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEG Markets is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including any trading or investment loss.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
